Trianglebnb truly went above and beyond during our stay. The property was spotless, and it was clear they had thought of everything we could possibly need because every detail was covered. On top of that, the staff we worked with were absolutely amazing: friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about this short-term property management company. They manage my vacation rental in Durham and are truly one of the most responsive teams I’ve ever worked with. I started out very anxious about handing over my home, but they quickly earned my trust. Now I feel completely confident that they treat my property as if it were their own. We stay with Triangle B&B every year! They provide a fantastic experience every year when we go to the mountains to snowboard. I’d love to share my amazing experience with TriangleBnB managing my property! When I handed it over to them, what used to be a constant struggle with cleanings, client questions, and scheduling repairs transformed into a fantastic experience. Now, all I have to do is relax and enjoy the income, without worrying about the care of my home. It always looks beautifully staged, ready for the next guest, or even as if it could go on the market if I ever decide to sell (but that’s not on my radar!). I have had the pleasure of working with Trianglebnb since 2020. Andrea and her team are very detail oriented. From guest and booking management to maintenance. She has acquired a team of top notch service workers and cleaners. When guest leave a review for my property, they always note how clean the cabin is and rave about the hospitality they received from Andrea and her team.
