Cozy Lake cottage on the Little River Lake. Come relax on the porch with your coffee in the mornings or take an afternoon nap on the hammock. Fish for a little in the afternoon or go down to the Little River Lake Facility and rent a canoe. It’s the perfect get away that is still close to town and wonderful restaurants. Up to two well behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome on the property. Dog fee $87 for up to two dogs. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. Swimming is not allowed in the lake.
Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
